Biography:

Built using state-of-the-art technology from the ground up in 1998 by Lamanuzzi & Pantaleo, Golden Valley Grape Juice & Wine blends old world experience with current innovation.  We use tank presses to gently and thoroughly take grapes through the extraction process,  creating better quality whites and reds in the same way fine wines are created in the Napa Valley. Constantly updated technology allows us to vastly increase the color extraction from red grapes during processing, lending richer hues to these wines. All storage at the winery is done in refrigerated stainless steel tanks which are computer monitored 24 hours a day to ensure optimum temperature.

We also process high grade concentrates at Golden Valley, and we offer the latest in spinning cone technology. Our spinning cone allows us to make concentrates true to the essence and flavor of the original juice, unlike traditional processing in which 75-80% of the flavor and essence are lost during the evaporation process. This process produces clean floral & aromatic notes in winegrape concentrates and full, pure flavors in fruit concentrates.

Golden Valley Grape Juice & Wine is both Kosher and Organic Certified, specializing in custom processing to meet our clients' needs.  And, as with all Lamanuzzi & Pantaleo facilities, the winery adheres to the strict sanitation practices our customers have come to recognize and expect.
